No School - Report Card Pick Up, Parent Teacher Conferences & LSC Elections

Dear Families,

We look forward to seeing you at Parent-Teacher Conferences!

In accordance with CPS policy, parents are required to pick up report cards twice each year. This year, the third quarter RCPU Day is on Wednesday, March 18th. Please make every effort to attend on this day. If you are unable to pick up your child’s report card, kindly arrange an alternative date with your child’s homeroom teacher. Please note that only parents or legal guardians may pick up report cards. They will not be sent home with students, and there will be no virtual option for this quarter.

Report cards for students in 5th and 6th grade will be available for pickup at the second-floor table, while report cards for students in 7th and 8th grade will be available for pickup at the third-floor table between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and again from 2:45 PM to 4:55 PM.

Unless you received an email or there is a form attached to your child’s report card requesting a conference, you are not required to meet with a teacher. However, families who wish to do so may sign up using the sign-up sheets outside the respective classrooms. These meetings will be on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to five (5) minutes each.

As a reminder, 5th–8th grade students rotate among four teachers for Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA. Because each teacher works with over 120 students, we deeply appreciate your patience, grace, and flexibility throughout the day.
